    Do you provide a stage and/or lighting?

    Absolutely! For an additional cost you can make the night even more memorable with a stage and light show! Ask our music coordinator for more information!

     

    Do you travel?

    Absolutely! Check our area map on the front page of our website to see where we travel. Best part is, we don’t charge extra fees for travel!

     

    Do you play private parties?

    We do!

     

    Do you offer music for the ceremony and/or cocktail hour?

    Absolutely! We offer additional music for both ceremony and cocktail hour. Just mark the desired “additional services” on our event form to receive more information.

     

    Is there a sound system provided?

    Yes! Everything needed for music is provided in the package.

     

    Can we use your sound equipment for speeches?

    Yes! We provide sound equipment for speeches and any other announcements provided those are in the same location as the reception band.

     

    Can you MC my event?

    Of course! Simply check the box on the “additional services” section of the event form and our music coordinator will connect with you on what you’d like from our MC.

     

    What do you wear?

    You can request different styles depending on the formality of your event.

     

    What style of music do you play?

    We play a wide variety of music for your guests to dance to! From classic hits to modern pop and everything in-between. You can see a full list of songs on our website.

     

    Can I choose the music?

    We have an upbeat set of songs that will please all of your guests from young to young at heart. If there are certain songs you’d like to hear (or not hear) we will customize our package to make it just right for you.

     

    Will you learn a new song for us?

    Depending on the song and the time we have to learn it, we’d be happy to play a special tune just for you!

     

    Do you offer music during dinner?

    Yes! We can offer background music to be played during dinner at no additional cost.

    Do you offer background music during breaks between sets?

    Absolutely. Background music can be played at any time the band isn’t playing at no additional cost.

    Does the music stop playing between each song?

    No! The live music only stops between sets. We want the dance floor to be moving all the time.

     

    Can you stay late and play more?

    Yes, we can! Depending on your counties sound restrictions, we can continue playing for an extra fee.

    When do the details get worked out?

    After the initial event form has been submitted, our music coordinator will get in touch with you to discuss initial details. Then, two weeks before your event we will reach out again to finalize details. This gives you plenty of time in-between to work with our music coordinator to plan the music for your special day. If you contact us within two weeks of your event,

    don’t worry! We will still make sure everything is in place by the day-of.

     

    How much do I pay and when?

    When you book the band, you’ll make a 20% initial payment to secure your date. The remaining amount is due two weeks before your event.

     

    Who will be my contact on the day of?

    The music coordinator will be your contact person the day of. This will be the same person you’ve been in contact with through the entire planning process.

    What do the musicians require the night of?

    A meal (which we will eat separate from the guests if needed), electrical power, and a covered space on a flat, hard, dry surface to play.

    Can the musicians play outside?

    Yes, but we require cover (tent, awning, etc.) and a flat, hard, dry surface to play on. We can offer a stage and tent for an additional cost.
